My name is Frank Noetzold. I live with my family in Kirchberg (Saxonia).
Kirchberg is a small town in the east of Germany. I work as journalist,
photographer and website designer. My interests are traditional handicraft
techniques and travel. I enjoy camping in Italy - the home of the Pizza. My
hobby of many years is wood fired baking-oven constructed from loam. With
the building of my pizza oven I have fulfilled a desire to do the kind of
cooking and entertaining it makes possible. I located my own oven in my garden. I would gladly like to pass on my experience in oven construction
and baking which I have gained over many years. I hope you enjoy viewing my
