Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi (Pizza ham and mushrooms)

Ingredients:
pizza dough as basic recipe
tomato sauce
gouda cheese roughly rubbed
Prosciutto cotto (ham)
mushrooms
oregano
basil


Press the dough ball flat on a floured surface and roll out with a rolling pin. Apply the tomato sauce then the gouda cheese. Put on the prosciutto cotto (very thinly sliced cooked ham from Italy ) and the thinly sliced mushrooms. Strew basil and oregano over the pizza and place in the oven.

 
 
Pizza Hawaii
pizza dough as basic recipe
tomato sauce
gouda cheese roughly rubbed
Prosciutto cotto (ham)
pineapple from can
oregano, basil

Press the dough ball flat on a floured surface and roll thin with a rolling pin. Spread on tomato sauce followed by the gouda cheese. Add the cooked ham and cut pineapple. Strew basil and oregano over the pizza and place in the oven.

 
 
Pizza salami onions mushrooms

Ingredients:
pizza dough as basic recipe
tomato sauce
gouda cheese roughly rubbed
salami
mushrooms
onions into rings cut
oregano, basil

Press the dough ball flat on a floured surface and roll thin with a rolling pin. Spread on tomato sauce followed by the gouda cheese. Distribute the salami, mushrooms and onions rings. Strew basil and oregano over the pizza and place in the oven.
